Cancellation Policy
Within the first 24 hours since your order had been placed, you have a chance to discard it. Once the time frame has elapsed, we will not entertain any kind of cancellations as we will have logged in your order and begun its processing. To cancel, email us at info@bitsofbliss.com with your order details, or WhatsApp us on +91 7028676998, and we will confirm the cancellation.
Refunds
Just damaged or Defective products are counted among the refunds. In order to have your refund initiated, the first thing you need to do is present the video of the unboxing process and the proof of the damage or defect. Please submit your refund request, including the video proof, within 3 days of receiving the product. Firstly, we will have your item sent to us. After verifying it to insure that it is indeed in damaged form, we will then process your refund which usually takes a space time of 7-10 business days.
Returns
The only situation when you can return is this the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. The main thing to remember is that the product must be in new condition with all the documentation and with the video.
Important: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proper unboxing video. You can check out the attached video to watch the whole performance of you unboxed. Non-Returnable Items
The only time such goods as these can be returned is if there is a fault in them that is due to the manufacturing process.
